RETURN POLICY:
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with dresses they buy. So, first we send the dress to try on. Payment is made only when customer is completely happy with it’s quality and fitting. Should they decide to return the dress: It must be unused and in perfect condition. We send dresses registered post and sign for, so we have documents that customer has received the parcel.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges are usually 20 GBP to countries outside Europe. For exact prices please provide your address. Customer, that wishes to try our dresses on, covers shipping charges. However payment for the dress is made only after customer tries the dress on, and is completely satisfied. We use register and sign for post .

For all our CUSTOM MADE dresses, we use very detailed measurements SIZE CHART, to ensure dress fits perfectly. For our READY TO WEAR dresses listed on website, we provide only general measurements. So if customer is not completely satisfied with it’s fitting, they still have an option to order new dress of same design and color (or include any desired change to original design or color). For this dress we will use customer specific measurements.
